Clearing the Cache on Internet Explorer

1) Go to the Tools menu in the top right of your
browser and click on Internet Options. (see screenshot)

2) Go to the "General" tab and click the button
"Delete..."(see screenshot)

3) Then check the box "Temporary Internet
Files" and click "Delete".

This will clear your cache. Once this is done, sign
in to your Draft Analyzer and then refresh your
browser. Then re-test the software to see if the
problem you were investigating is fixed.
Clearing the Cache on Firefox
- 1) Go to the Tools menu at the top of your browser and click "Clear Private Data.."(see screenshot)
- 2) Check the box that says "Cache" and click "Clear Private Data Now"(see screenshot)
- This will clear your cache. Once this is done, sign in to your Draft Analyzer and then refresh your browser. Then re-test the software to see if the problem you were investigating is fixed.
