Clearing the Cache on Internet Explorer

  • 1) Go to the Tools menu in the top right of your browser and click  on Internet Options. (see screenshot)
  • 2) Go to the "General" tab and click the button "Delete..."(see screenshot)
  • 3) Then check the box  "Temporary Internet Files" and click "Delete". (see screenshot)
  • This will clear your cache. Once this is done, sign in to your Draft Analyzer and then refresh your browser. Then re-test the software to see if the problem you were investigating is fixed.

Clearing the Cache on Firefox

  • 1) Go to the Tools menu at the top of your browser and click "Clear Private Data.."(see screenshot)
  • 2) Check the box that says "Cache" and click "Clear Private Data Now"(see screenshot)
  • This will clear your cache. Once this is done, sign in to your Draft Analyzer and then refresh your browser. Then re-test the software to see if the problem you were investigating is fixed.
