When I try to download my league I get the following error "An error occurred while Parsing EntityName". What do I do?

  • If you get this error while attempting to download the league into the desktop version, it's because you have an unusual character entered in for one or more of your owner's names (i.e. "#" or "$" or "&" or "^"). Go into the owner names and make sure that only letters and/or numbers are entered. Then click "Refresh League (to View Changes)" below the other settings links. Then try to re-import your league into the desktop version and it will work.

  • Season Outlooks for players (simply highlight the player and push any letter key).
